These terms govern use of ApexApp, a workflow automation and AI copilot platform operated by A-Square Info Solutions under the InsightApex AI brand ("we", "us"). By using ApexApp, including via WhatsApp or Telegram, you agree to these terms.
Who can use ApexApp
ApexApp is provided to business clients under a subscription agreement with their organization. Access to any individual user account or chat identity is granted and revoked by that organization's administrators, not by the end user directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ApexApp to attempt to access data belonging to an organization you are not authorized for, to circumvent access controls, or to submit unlawful or abusive content through the chat interfaces (WhatsApp, Telegram, or the web app).
Data and accuracy
Responses generated by the AI copilot are derived from your organization's own connected data sources (e.g. Power BI, ERP data). While we aim for accuracy, you should verify figures against your source system before making business decisions based solely on a chat reply.
Service availability
ApexApp is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the web app, WhatsApp, or Telegram channels, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any account or organization that violates these terms or the subscription agreement in place with that organization.
