InsightApex AI ("we", "us") operates ApexApp, a workflow automation and AI copilot platform for business clients. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including when you interact with our services through WhatsApp or Telegram.
What we collect
Account details you or your organization admin provide (name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, role), and the content of messages you send to our AI copilot in order to answer your questions and log usage for billing purposes.
How we use it
To authenticate you, route your messages to the right organization's data, generate responses via our AI copilot, and maintain records required for billing and support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
WhatsApp & Telegram messaging
If you message our copilot via WhatsApp or Telegram, we process your phone number/chat ID and message content solely to identify you as an authorized user of your organization and to generate a relevant reply. Message content may be sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. Anthropic) to generate responses.
Data retention
We retain account and usage records for as long as your organization's subscription is active, and as needed to comply with billing and legal obligations thereafter.
